Finagraph is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Account Executive (AE) to help us grow one of our newest software products, Strongbox.  You will be joining our sales team at a critical growth point, offering you opportunities to grow as our team expands and continues to scale enterprise sales.  You will be critical in helping the company to meet revenue, growth and profitability targets.

In this position, you will gain exposure to many different parts of our business, get a say in developing processes, and overall have a much more entrepreneurial experience here than at many larger companies - if that appeals to you!

This role is also responsible for building and executing multi-channel outbound campaigns to identify buyer needs and intent, and engage with buyer interest/decision-makers within accounts and closing new deals.

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and is a key member of our newly built sales organization.


  • Generate business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels

  • Create your own outbound messaging to align with your personal brand & support the Strongbox brand

  • Build your pipeline using outbound methods: email, calling, LinkedIn

  • Qualify sales opportunities based on our sales methodology: ideal customer fit, needs/requirements and success criteria

  • Conduct product demonstrations that convey value, handle objections, and manage expectations

  • Effectively leverage internal resources (and contribute to building resources) in outreach campaigns to ensure sales success

  • Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close in a predictable fashion

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to develop and execute an effective sales strategy

  • Effectively leverage sales tools to optimize performance and results

  • Accurately manage and report forecasts

  • Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process

Competencies – What we’re looking for:

  • Hungry, humble, smart

  • At least 3 years of successful SaaS sales experience

  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and goals

  • The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals

  • Relevant sales experience selling to accounting or consulting firms preferably SaaS based, a plus

  • Looking to take initiative and help build new processes, try new approaches, and be appreciated for incremental improvements to drive success

  • Understand the value of following a disciplined sales process including proper tracking

  • Experience generating pipeline via outbound efforts

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and achieve results

  • Thrives working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Comfortable selling to VP, C-suite executives and leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization

Software Engineer, Cloud Back-End

Named one the 10 hottest startups in Seattle, we are leading a new wave of innovation in Fintech that is transforming the way that financial services are offered to businesses and consumers.  We’ve added some of the world’s largest brands to our list of customers.  These customers are taking mission-critical dependencies on Finagraph and we are expanding our team by adding exceptional teammates that will make contributions to accelerate this industry transformation.  
We are currently seeking a  Software Engineer who is experienced in back-end cloud solutions. To join our team, you should understand that multi-tenancy is more than an apartment building, and have strong SaaS design and implementation skills that are demonstrated in a rich work history. 
At Finagraph, you won’t just be a spoke in the wheel.  In addition to writing the code, you’ll be involved in the business, you will help craft solutions that delight our customers.  Here are some of the things you can expect to work on while you are ramping up: 

  • Collaborate with other experts in their various disciplines to define and prioritize a backlog for our cloud backend. 

  • Design, implement and validate applications that gather financial data from thousands of businesses per day, optimizing both for execution at the client and in the data center as we scale to many thousands of businesses.

  • Prior accomplishments (at least 5 years of progressive experience and accrued good judgment) 

  • Capacity to think in C# and SQL and see data structures all around you 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Azure Services and the Azure ecosystem.  

  • Deep understanding of secure software development lifecycle  

  • Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards for leading edge authentication, authorization, security vulnerabilities and remediation  

  • Aptitude for producing elegant, maintainable code 

  • Ability to debate issues and not people 

  • A CS-related Bachelor’s degree.  

  • Capability to hear a product goal and turn it into an implementation plan 

  • Ability to make complicated things simple 

  • Self-awareness that allows you to thrive in an agile work environment 

  • If you like to dabble in the front end as well and can effectively navigate a React/Redux application that’s a huge plus.
